Disputing FMCSA 2010 Violations
Under the Federal Regulations, Texas DOT has 15 days to report ALL found violations to the FMCSA system. This includes warnings and citations!
To dispute these citations and warnings an appeal must be filed within the DAQ's System. This is the system created by the Federal Department of Transportation for appealing said offenses. With that said the the odds of a successful appeal are stacked against the driver and company. But it CAN be done!
